UAB „Transtira Transport“ takes part in and supports the Operation Clean Sweep® (OCS) programme — an international initiative to prevent plastic-pellet loss during transport.
What is the OCS programme?
Operation Clean Sweep® is an international industry programme whose aim is to stop plastic pellets, flakes and powder from entering the environment during transport, storage and transhipment.
The programme includes a best-practice manual with recommendations on cargo handling, loading and unloading, cleaning and reporting.

Why does this matter?
